AutoBuffs Express Charity Fundraiser
For: Athletic Departments, Booster Clubs, Churches or Any Non Profit
Organization
How this works:
1.
Non Profit Organization completes form found on the bottom of this page.
a. Provide EIN number (Federal Tax ID)
b. 4 digit code – make one up (can’t start with zero)
c. Promotional period – 2 weeks (14 days) Monday-Sunday.
2. The
Non Profit organization compiles their own email list to be used exclusively for
their fundraiser. This list will be used to target a specific group and will
not be the property of Autobuffs Express.

Promotional period – the donor enters the Autobuffs Express wash property and at the auto-cashier selects the
Fundraiser/Coupon button from a list of options on the touch screen. They then
enter the unique 4-digit code for their charity. At this time the donor
receives our $12 wash for $10. Out of the $10 wash, $3 will go to the donors’
charity. The donor is then provided with the opportunity of donating more money
to their charity, $1, $3 or $5. Donor then pays with cash or credit card. They
then proceed through the wash.
5.
At the end of week one, we will send sales numbers to the contact person (CP).
This allows them an opportunity to send out another notification to supporters.
6.
At the end of week two we will send final numbers to the CP.
7.
At the end of the month Autobuffs will send a check to the CP.
